Plastic powders produced with the Mao Yue fine grinding system fulfil all the criteria for controlled fineness, optimum flowability and high bulk density. Thanks to the special processing, the powders are virtually undamaged by heat and can be returned directly to production.

Requirements such as flowability, pushing density and powder distribution need to be met by a fine grinding system using the latest technology. This makes it easier to carry out efficient further processing in complex rotational moulding, or after tube and profile extrusion processes.

The easy-to-clean system enables fast and thorough cleaning when producing masterbatches, changing products or colours. Individually exchangeable split blades and easy adjustment of the grinding gap allow for a high degree of production flexibility, and the particle shape can be quickly adapted to the subsequent intended use of the powder.

In addition, Mao Yue's self-developed PE grinding discs are customised with hardened and carburised heat treatment, ensuring the hardness of the DC53 material and easy maintenance, making them the perfect choice for buyers.
