It is made from wear-resistant alloy steel and processed through carburizing, quenching, and multiple heat treatments. The surface is finely polished, and precision mounting holes ensure stable installation with grinding disc systems.
MaoYue PVC tooth plates are made from high-performance alloy steel with advanced heat treatment, achieving HRC 58–62 hardness for excellent wear and impact resistance. Service life is 2–3 times longer than standard plates.
The high-density tooth design works with the rotating disc to improve grinding efficiency by over 30%, producing uniform PVC powder from 20–100 mesh.
