The Mao Yue dual-tooth grinding disc features a double-layer concentric ring design with high-density dual-row teeth, enabling a two-stage grinding process (coarse shearing + fine pulverization) and increasing output by 30–50% at the same energy consumption. Made from optimized DC53 steel with carburizing, quenching, and tempering treatment, it offers high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and over 200% longer service life. Combined with an air + water cooling system, it effectively controls temperature, preventing material sticking, degradation, or discoloration, and ensures stable long-term operation. Final powder fineness is adjustable from 10–120 mesh (20–80 mesh for PE), with uniform particle size, good flowability, no agglomeration, and low impurities. It is highly compatible with Mao Yue PE/PP machines and supports customization. Widely used in PE recycling, rotomolding, powder coating, and plastic modification, it delivers both high output and premium powder quality.
